What we can't help with

We're an independent editorial site, not Airalo. We do not have access to your Airalo account, your purchase, your eSIM, or any internal Airalo tooling. Please go straight to Airalo support for:

  • Refund / cancellation requests on an Airalo plan.
  • Trouble activating an eSIM you purchased on Airalo.
  • Top-up / data balance / invoice questions.
  • Account, password reset, two-factor auth on airalo.com.
